You will project manage the delivery of a New Operating Model for Children’s Services by September 2012 which requires a knowledge and understanding of children’s services and the ability to include partners in project delivery.
The post will take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of medium to complex size business change projects which encompasses the implementation of new business operating models, processes and technology, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and that a change control procedure is in place. It will monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
Reporting to the project executive with responsibility for the day to day communications and management of in-house staff and/or external suppliers, taking responsibility over personnel from different areas you will ensure that quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure and projects are properly closed.
