Do you want to help transform the organisation?
These are exciting and yet challenging times for the Council. The DECATS project demonstrated the need to change and transform – ‘one Derby, one council’ is the programme we have put in place to do this.
Over the next three years we will be transforming the organisation – improving our services for customers, redesigning the way we are structured, how people work and where they work.
To enable us to do this, we are creating a Transformation Team to lead the programme and to manage the projects which will be delivered as part of it.
If you have the skills, knowledge and experience to join the team in one of these roles then we want to hear from you.
For an informal chat about the posts, please contact Andy Elliott, Senior Project Manager on 01332 255687.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 26 May 2010.
