We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Property and Regeneration Division.
Working with a diverse client base you will be involved in a wide range of projects working across the full range of local authority public buildings, including schools and leisure facilities, but excluding housing. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project management from inception to completion.
You should have a degree in architecture, be PRINCE2 Practitioner level or an equivalent academic qualification in building services or membership of construction/property professional organisations such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or equivalent, and/or be able to demonstrate experience in the construction industry.
