The Gravesend and Dartford Alternative Curriculum PRU is a Pupil Referral Unit with several satellite sites providing for disengaged and disaffected young people in KS4. It provides an innovative and exciting curriculum for students within a diverse and stimulating working environment.
Committed to high quality and genuinely imaginative education, focussed on the needs of young people, the AC PRU is looking for a committed Project Manager to join an established team, lead by the Alternative Curriculum PRU Manager
Applicants for the post will have to provide evidence of commitment to the welfare and education of vulnerable and disengaged students. They will also need to show commitment to multi-agency team working and curriculum innovation, evidence of direction of teaching and support staff and responsibility for site and buildings. Evidence of leading curriculum development and liaison with partnership schools, parents, students, PRU Manager and all other stakeholders is required as is a commitment to operating cohesively with the Attendance and Behaviour Service operations in context of the Educational Development and Directorate Plans.
