You will lead a team of service design specialist who will deliver a suite of pilot programmes within the Brighter Futures Transformation programme.
As a strategic thinker you must have a strong orientation to continuous improvement, and a proven track record at senior level in leading service redesign and culture change programmes.
You must also have a proven record of accomplishment of delivering successful programmes and significant experience of developing constructive partnerships and influencing and motivating others.
You must be able to build the capacity and skills within the children’s workforce and create a culture to enable the effective delivery of the Brighter Futures Strategy.
