Location North Kent - covering Dartford and Gravesend

We seek an experienced Programme Development Manager (Informal Adult Learning) with the skill and innovative approach to develop new leisure/general/community interest programmes and activities for Adult Learners in Kent.

You will lead a team of programme managers and teachers, ensuring high quality programmes are available that reflect community need and interest Working with colleagues across the Kent to ensure cohesive planning and delivery of high quality T&L. and take a specific lead role in North Kent where your team will be based.

This post is driven by national LLL agendas, particularly the vision of ’The Learning Revolution’ embracing the concepts of sustained and flexible development of IAL in Kent.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a viable, vibrant and varied programme and be able to provide statistical data and make sound business decisions.
