We are looking to recruit Principal Social Workers. You will be responsible for supervising a range of qualified and experienced staff, bringing with you confident decision making and case planning. You will be also responsible for the professional development and performance of staff and will be an integral part of the district management team contributing to the strategic allocation of resources across the district.

We will offer you and excellent development package that supports ongoing GSCC requirements and the change to lead the front edge of critical children’s social work.

This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure Application to the Criminal Records Bureau and to registration as a qualified social worker with the General Social Care Council.
