Do you have the ability to look into the future? We are seeking to recruit a Principal Recruitment and Workforce Planning Officer who can work in partnership with senior managers to identify the future needs of the workforce. Responsible for recruitment and workforce strategy across the council you’ll work closely with senior managers to understand service needs and challenges.
You should be able to demonstrate significant experience of workforce planning within a large organisation. Proven success at implementing recruitment initiatives, combined with strong communication, presentation, analytical or organisational skills.
