Principal Engineer – Highway Improvements £36,684 - £39,234 Per annum (Pay award pending).The environment is a top concern for local people and is one of Enfield's top priorities. As the Principal Engineer, Highway Improvements you will effectively manage a range of complex traffic projects, developer lead schemes and programmes of work. A relevant background in traffic engineering is essential as your main role will involve planning,
