There is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and highly motivated team of Quality Improvement Officers EYFS within a recently re-structured local authority team.

The role involves providing high quality administrative and clerical support to the early year’s team. This will include developing commissioning arrangements; Monitor and report on all income and expenditure including authorising expenditure to agreed limits; Ensure compliance with standing orders and maintain robust audit trails and financial records; Provide accurate, relevant and timely financial information, and use personal initiative in carrying out the duties of the post in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation.

Applicants should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all technology and software packages, as well as recent, relevant professional development and experience of both working as an admin officer within a team and experience of budget monitoring and administrating significant budgets including external funding in a local government environment.
