We have front line management vacancies for our Assessment and Locality Teams based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertford and Stevenage. You will manage up to 8 qualified social workers with caseloads of an average 15 children. All social work staff and managers have a laptop and mobile phone, and are eligible for a lease car and relocation allowance. We have a comprehensive Learning and Development Programme for managers and you will be joining a strong and established management team. You will have the opportunity of supporting a committed staff team to develop their potential.
