We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Portage Home Visitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as it continues to develop and improve the service it offers to children and families. You will:
Be Portage trained
Have experience of working with very young children with additional needs
Be experienced in multi-agency working/Early Support
You need to hold a current, full driving licence which is valid for driving in the UK and have access to a vehicle
