This is an exciting and challenging post within Council Housing Services.
As the successful candidate, your main role will be to assist the Head of Service in developing and implementing new policies and also managing the Service’s Quality and Performance Management Systems.
You will be expected to play a key role in the development of new initiatives and will also co-ordinate the Annual Service Business Planning Process.
Council Housing Services has gained ISO9002 Quality Assurance and it will be your responsibility to ensure that internal audits are undertaken effectively and regular management reviews take place.
You should be qualified to degree standard and preferably have also obtained a relevant professional housing qualification. You should have worked within the social housing sector for at least three years and be able to analyse and interpret complex data and produce detailed written reports for consideration by a wide range of audiences.
