Would you like to work with dedicated people in a dynamic and flexible environment?
The CRC is the organisation that speaks up for England’s rural communities –
especially those experiencing disadvantage. It’s our job to make sure that policies and processes take full account of rural needs and circumstances. As we continue to be the eyes, ears and voice of England’s rural communities, we need the best people around to keep us at the top of our game. And that’s where you come in.
As a policy advisor you will play an important role in influencing policy work at all levels of Government. In particular advising the CRC on key topics relating to rural service provision – initially focussing on the areas of health, social inclusion and services for migrant workers. You will develop the skills to enable you to work across varied programme areas. Analysing information, preparing papers and reports to inform and brief the Board and Senior Management team on policy issues. This is a vital role in campaigning for the needs of rural communities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communications and networking skills to join a proactive team in serving the 9.5 million people living in rural England.
The Commission for Rural Communities appreciates the contributions of its staff and as a result offer a great range of staff benefits.
