One year fixed term commencing on 1 August 2012
The Development Management team offers a year’s placement giving practical experience in the planning system. The placement student would be involved in a wide variety of work including:
- Process and make recommendations on planning / Estate Management applications and pre-application enquiries
- Complete necessary paperwork for planning appeals (written representations) and undertake associated site visits.
- Investigate and make recommendations in relation to breaches of planning control
- Undertake projects for the Unit such as s106 database and online enforcement register
