Planning Enforcement Officer – Development Management
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham’s newly combined Regeneration, Planning and Housing service is determined to maintain the council’s reputation as one of London’s best. To ensure their continued success, the council are looking to appoint a Planning Enforcement Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high quality, effective and efficient development management and planning service.
We will look to you to investigate alleged breaches of planning control, negotiate solutions and prepare recommendations for action.
You will also draft enforcement notices as required.
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable planning professional, ready to take an exciting step forward in their career. Your expertise will have been gained through either a professional qualification or considerable professional experience.
Your knowledge and experience will provide you with the confidence to undertake negotiations and present complex information to a range of audiences.
