Pest Control Officer (ref: S237)
6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Salary £19,427 – £21,306 per annum (pro rata)

Applications are invited for the above post within Environmental Health, which is based at Great Dunmow.
The duties are mainly visiting residential property within the District in response to requests from members of the public to carry out a treatment for domestic pests such as rodents or insects. Some additional non-domestic premises contract work will also be required. A nationally recognised qualification (RSH, BPCA, etc) and experience of pest control is required preferably with a local authority sector provider.
This is a full time post of 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, but some flexibility to provide seasonal cover during busy periods.
