Working within the Children, Families and Education Directorate, you will provide advice and support on a range of activities including the redeployment and CRB processes. You will also be required to undertake specific projects in accordance with Business Support priorities and local needs.
An effective communicator, you will work credibly with managers and the wider Personnel function providing sound advice on a range of Personnel issues.
You should have a Personnel background, with a Certificate in Personnel Practice or be working towards the CIPD. Working on your own initiative within a supportive environment you will have a high level of inter-personal skills and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work effectively under pressure.
