We are seeking caring people to join our teams to ensure the safe transportation of people with learning disabilities using our service. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of your passengers, have the skills to empathise and communicate with people including carers, parents and colleagues.

You will have some experience of driving and be flexible approach.

You must have a D1 category on your driving licence and be prepared to undertake a Kent County Council minibus driving assessment(paid by KCC). You will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
