At Redbridge Council we have one simple aim – to offer high quality services to all our residents. We are making fundamental changes to ensure we succeed, including transforming our HR Service to ultimately support the delivery of the Council’s aims. We are keen to ensure that we recruit professional staff that can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced Pensions professional to lead and actively manage our small busy team in the day- to-day administration of the Councils Pension Scheme.

As well as holding a relevant qualification and/or having an equivalent level of experience, you need to demonstrate experience of managing and leading a team in a customer focussed environment and be an expert in the field of Local Government Pensions regulations.

You will be competent in the use of IT, have strong organisational skills and have experience in building positive relationships with those you manage, your customers, other staff across HR and across the Council. Committed to delivering a high quality service your positive, problem-solving approach will enable you to demonstrate your credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Assessment Test will be held on 15/07/09 and Interviews on 22/07/09.
