XC YC is a very busy youth centre on the outskirts of Stanhope estate.

We are looking for a Youth Worker to work with young people who live on the Stanhope estate or attend the XC YC. Applicants will need to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of young peoples issues and culture.

Your role will be to assist the Youth Worker in charge of the project with organisation and delivery of the Youth Service Curriculum for the benefit of young people in an informal setting working primarily with young people age between 13-19 years. Your ability to understand and communicate effectively with young people will be essential.
