You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to engage young people in constructive activities. Most of these activities will be carried out on the streets, in parks, community buildings or other areas where young people meet. You will need to demonstrate flexibility, patience and commitment. Your ability to understand and communicate effectively with young people in the 13-19 age groups will be essential.
