You will be responsible for the running of a school kitchen and supervision of staff.
You will be required to prepare and cook meals as defined by the catering services including any special dietary needs. You must have knowledge of weighing ingredients, stock control and clerical duties.
Previous experience in Catering and staff supervision and the use of kitchen equipment is essential. You must also have knowledge of safe working practices, food hygiene and health and safety at work.

If you are successfully shortlisted you will be invited to a practical cooking test to be held at Kedleston Road training centre on 20 April at 2pm (this will take approx 2hrs)
