This is an ideal opportunity if you are keen to develop, or re-enter, a career in I.T support. You must be educated to at least A level or equivalent standard and have experience of working in a customer support role.
You will be responsible for supporting the Help Desk and will also be involved in other computer related tasks so must be confident in working with computers. If you have experience of I.T support and/or have a computer related qualification, that will be an advantage.
You should enjoy working in a small, busy team and will need to have good communication skills together with the ability to work accurately and quickly. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as you will occasionally be required to visit other work bases. On rare occasions you be required to work weekends.
You must be able to work a full day on Tuesdays, starting at 8.00 am and ideally be able to work the rest of the hours over the remaining four days but this is flexible. For an informal discussion about the post and/or working hours, please contact John Scoggins on (01932) 425554.
