Reference No: CE41 Part Time Environmental Health Officer (Pollution) Salary: SO2 (scp 32-34) £27,052 to £28,636 pro rata 18.5 Hours Per Week – 5 mornings or 2.5 days per week
This is a lead role with responsibility for pollution control, air quality and investigating complaints in relation to commercial and industrial premises.
You will work within a small, busy team and support officers in the field. We have an excellent unit delivering a high quality service and you will be keen to further develop both your own skills and knowledge and our service levels.
Candidates need to be enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated EHOs, preferably with experience of pollution control legislation, air quality issues and investigating complaints of ‘nuisance’.
