Do you want to work in a winning team? Here is an opportunity to join our award winning Harrogate District Parks Team in an important development role working on parks projects and development initiatives within the Parks Service.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management and development of Council owned allotment sites and football pitch allocations, management of the Council’s donated seat scheme and related sponsorship initiatives. In addition, the role shall support and facilitate the research and development of exciting new and existing projects and help deliver a varied programme of events.
You will have experience of working on, and delivering detailed research projects and working with the public, sometimes in sensitive circumstances. You should have a minimum of 4 GCSE grade A – C passes (or equivalent) and excellent computer skills. Ideally you will also have knowledge of, and an interest in horticulture, public parks and associated disciplines.
