Oxford City Council currently has a vacancy for a Parking Enforcement Officer.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To assist with the enforcement of the City of Oxford Parking Place Orders and all the related parking areas to which it refers. This could also include clamping as necessary.
- To assist with the operational functions of Westgate Multi-storey and Gloucester Green Car and Bus stations and to assist with the running of Shop mobility.
- To provide customer care to the visitors and users of the car parking service.
Essential/Desirable Criteria
Good written and verbal communication skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care (or a willingness to work towards it)
- Driving License
- SIA Licensing certificate (or willingness to undertake training)
Ability to work shifts – primarily 2-10 shifts 5 days over 7 but likely to include EVERY weekend
