Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development offers a range of developmental outdoor educational programmes.

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Education Worker to work in a lead role. This will be based at High Ashurst Outdoor Education Centre in Dorking, Surrey.

Your main responsibilities will include; leading and supervising the staff team in the day-to-day operations and developing and delivering programmes to cater for a range of groups meeting their specific needs and clear learning outcomes.

You will need experience in the outdoor industry and some of the following qualifications:

• Trail Cycle Leaders (or equivalent)
• S.P.A.
• G.N.A.S. Leaders Award
• Certificate in Community Boat Management
•Youth Work Qualifications
• B.O.F
• Expedition Training
• High Ropes qualification
. D1 E driving licence

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure and POCA check will be required for this role.
