HEALTH & ADULT SOCIAL CARE Strategy and Resources Organisational Development Manager Permanent, full time contract£40095 - £42651 Enfield's Health and Adult Social Care Directorate has brought together adult social care and community housing services and a recent restructuring has created a new Strategy and Resources Division. This division is providing the necessary capacity and focus to deliver on the challenging and complex
agenda for these services and responding to the demand for integrated and personalised health, social care and community housing services. Organisational and workforce development is critical to our success and with two thirds of the social care workforce coming from the independent sector, it is vital that these independent providers are fully included in this workforce planning and development. This exciting new post within the Strategy and Resources
Division will lead for the directorate in ensuring that the necessary organisational developments are put in place to deliver on this agenda. You will need expert knowledge and understanding of organisational and workforce development within adult social care and an understanding of the national and local drivers for health and community housing services. With significant experience in organisational and workforce development alongside partners within
a social care setting and excellent communications skills, you will be able to provide leadership and inspiration to colleagues and partners at all levels and to develop a resourceful and flexible in-house team. Ref: 1119
