About the job
As a Occupational Therapist / Care Manager you will use your diverse OT knowledge to enable clients to live as independently as possible within the limitations of their disability using a variety of approaches. You will carry out a professional assessment and care management service, including the provision of equipment, minor and major adaptations and undertaking moving and handling risk assessments.
This post will focus particularly on service users who have a learning disability.
About the person
In addition to your professional Occupational Therapy qualification recognised by the HPC, you will have good experience of working within a social care or health organisation delivering assessment services to adults or older people with disabilities.
