Nursery Class Teacher

Grade and Salary: M1-M6/£27,000-£36,387 p.a.

Islington Council are currently looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated teachers to lead the nursery classes in two of our vibrant Council run Children’s Centres.

The first vacancy is for a part time teacher, four days per week, based at New River Green Children’s Centre.
The second vacancy is for a full time teacher based at Willow Children’s Centre.

New River Green is a 75 place Children’s Centre and Willow is a 70 place Children’s 0.Centre both offering combined care and education places for children aged 6 months to 4. The successful candidates will teach in the nursery class with children aged 3-4.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join these dedicated teams to develop the nursery classes effectively through good leadership. There is also a requirement to take on a curriculum area for responsibility.
