Neighbourhood Officer (Job Share)
£19,621 – £23,708 pro rata (2.5 days per week)
You will contribute to the development of a high quality neighbourhood service which will secure the economic and social regeneration and enhanced community cohesion of the Neighbourhood involved. You will assist in monitoring the standard and quality of service delivery on the ground in the Neighbourhood and respond to enquiries, requests for assistance, guidance or advice from residents.
You will be required to communicate, consult and provide a direct link with local residents, to provide information, identify and address local issues and concerns and obtain views, feedback and comments from the community. You will also be required to work in partnership with staff from other council services and partner agencies.
