As Monitoring Officer for the Supporting People Team you will contribute to the development and delivery of an expert strategic commissioning service that improves health and wellbeing outcomes for local people through the provision of high quality supported housing services.
You will work with service providers and internal partners to ensure the delivery of high quality services using efficient and effective contract management and monitoring.
The role will require you to use and develop a range of contract monitoring systems and activities, including consultation with service users and stakeholders about the quality of the services provided.

We are seeking an applicant with a broad knowledge and understanding of commissioning supporting people services including the current approaches to quality assurance and value for money. A knowledge and understanding of the key issues facing health, local authority, voluntary and independent sector partners within one of the Supporting People key areas is required.
