This post requires a motivated, experienced Mobile Catering Supervisor to manage the catering service to children, staff and visitors.
You must have knowledge of large scale catering cooking for up to 400 meals daily and the skill to prepare and cook and present nutritionally balanced meals to a high standard.
You must be able to control all aspects of the service to include financial accountability, demonstrate excellent communication skills and manage a team of assistants.
