Location Based in Weston-super-Mare

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Mental Health Social Worker/Approved Mental Health Professional working within a busy CMHT in Weston Super Mare. The postholder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with service users with severe and enduring mental illness. This is a demanding post, where there is an expectation to meet performance indicators and ensure Trust targets are met. The team offers a strong social work presence, and excellent support.

It is a requirement that the postholder will train and participate as an AMHP on the North Somerset rota. It is expected that candidates have experience working in statutory settings, and are familiar with the skills and tasks of modern mental health practice.
