For this role you will be an experienced professorial dealing with planned and responsive maintenance and ideally be able to carry out mechanical design work.
You will provide support and advice on gas and oil fired equipment and appliances, ventilation and air conditioning, cold water storage and distribution, heating installations and water management. You will prepare technical reports, estimates, specifications and drawings as well as addressing health and safety issues. You should have a good level of computer literacy.
You should have experience of, and take responsibility for, the delivery of a number of projects of varying complexity, including setting up and administering term contracts.
