We are looking for someone with an extensive knowledge and experience of Mechanical, Electrical & Building Services including quality inspections and management of external contractors in the delivery of projects and planned cyclical maintenance programmes. If you have relevant technical qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical Installations or are able to demonstrate equivalent experience we would like to hear from you.

The successful applicant will be required to implement and manage contracts of varying size and scope covering both domestic and commercial buildings. This is a demanding, yet varied and rewarding role in a small but dedicated team whose duties include maintenance and improvement works carried out in all Council owned properties.

The post demands a commitment to the delivery of a high quality service to our customers. A full current UK driving licence is essential as travelling within the district is necessary. An essential car users allowance will be available to the successful candidate.

The post is subject to a standard CRB clearance of candidate before appointment is made.
