- an outstanding mathematics practitioner with excellent leadership skills.
- someone wanting to take on a responsibility to lead and manage key areas of the mathematics department.
- someone who is committed to ensuring that every child does matter and does achieve their best by leading other colleagues effectively in their work.
- someone who has a very good understanding of how children learn
- someone committed to the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Bentley Wood High School, a specialist Mathematics, Computing and Science College, is a highly successful, oversubscribed, 11-18 girls’ multicultural comprehensive school whose students consistently achieve excellent results.
