Markets Operational Support Officer

36.25 hours per week (flexible working including every Saturday)

Grade 6 – £19,621 to £21,519 plus enhancements for weekend working

We are recruiting a Markets Operational Support Officer to assist in the daily operational requirements of the Markets Complex. It is essential that you have the ability to work as a member of a team as well as being able to work independently. Multi tasking is a must in this diverse environment and the demands that it brings.

Excellent customer service skills are essential as are developing office and web based systems and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns. Ideally candidates will have a formal marketing background or willingness to undertake formal study towards professional Marketing qualifications and previous experience in financial systems would be desirable. You will also be responsible for occasional supervisory function cover, which involves security of the building and assisting in front line services, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety issues.

Saturday working is required every week and overtime cover may be required from time to time.
