Reporting directly to the Head of Revenues and Customer Service, you will be responsible for managing Council Tax, NNDR, Debt Recovery and Sundry Debtors teams. . You will be required to have:-

·Experience of running in a customer facing local taxation office with management experience
·The ability to understand and manage key revenues performance measures and IT systems.
·The ability to lead, manage, communicate with and motivate teams
·Vision, knowledge and experience in Revenues and Customer Services
·Knowledge of emerging change in customer centric service
·A relevant professional qualification e.g full IRRV
