When it comes to delivering excellent customer service, few environments are more rewarding than a place that brings enjoyment, education and knowledge to a whole community. You will find this and a whole lot more at your local library.
We are currently looking for someone able to help us deliver this excellent customer service at Tetbury library. You will need a good knowledge of IT packages, enjoy working as part of a team yet still able to use your own initiative and be able to use our resources in order to answer the wide range of enquiries we receive.
You will proactively promote the library and children’s centre services, participate in any activites and outreach work, and maintain a good knowledge of the library and children’s centre services in order to help families gain maximum use of the facilities.
No formal library qualifications are required.
