Leisure Support Services Officer
Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2011

A healthy lifestyle and a good quality of life are the aspirations that inform the work of Leisure and Culture Services. The Leisure Support Services Officers are the frontline staff for callers and visitors providing a high quality service to meet our customer needs. They also provide the administrative base for both the Leisure and Culture Service Teams ensuring that bookings are taken, financial management is carried out, technical support is delivered, events and activities, etc. are supported to ensure service delivery. This will include burials, allotments, sports pitches, halls and much more.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients via the telephone, email and in person. To provide a high quality, welcoming and personable service, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to deliver customer satisfaction.
