We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to join our team at Herne Bay Youth Centre.
The successful applicant will be a self motivated and innovative. It will be expected that they will lead and develop part time Youth Workers and volunteer youth workers.
You will be responsible for the delivery of Youth Work provision at Herne Bay Youth Centre for three evenings per week, developing the Youth Work curriculum and providing stimulating activities and workshops for Young People.
Our youth service is setting the professional pace with a constant stream of imaginative ideas and fresh initiatives. We need people with a genuine interest in supporting young people to join us. We have a range of activities on offer from issue based workshops and training to indoor and outdoor sports, creative arts, cooking and dance workshops as well as outdoor education residential trips and adventurous activities.
