About the job

Our Disability Services team is looking to recruit a qualified Speech & Language Therapist with strong previous experience to support our clients with learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. In undertaking your responsibilities we will expect you to demonstrate your clinical competence by consistently providing highly specialist and quality Speech and Language Therapy, with a focus on communication and dysphagia. We will also look to you to provide the necessary leadership and supervision to colleagues in your areas of expertise, and to take an active role as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

About the person

We are looking for someone with a demonstrable capability in applying complex and specialist interventions to varied caseloads, and with the ability to engage in joint working with other disciplines as required.In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be motivated, flexible and enthusiastic towards their work, and will have a visible can-do attitude that will support their commitment to overcome challenges, and will enable the achievement of the required outcomes.
