Choice Based Letting is coming to Northern Lincolnshire! The new way to rent social housing will be launched in November across North and North East Lincolnshire via our website www.homechoicelincs.org.uk . As the lead authority for the scheme, we are seeking a suitably experienced housing professional to effectively administer the common housing register, ensure that applicants are correctly banded in line with the allocations policy, and be responsible for the process of registration, advertising and bidding being operated effectively.
You will have experience in leading a team, be committed to excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels. You will work closely with our scheme partners North Lincolnshire Council, Shoreline Housing Partnership, North Lincolnshire Homes and L&H Homes as well as a variety of external housing organisations and support agencies, to make the launch and running of the scheme a real success.
Interviews will be held on the 30th September and 1st October.
