You will join the Litigation and Advocacy Section within Legal Services and will be responsible for your own caseload files relating to child protection law, and other matters as required on behalf of the County Council and its contracted bodies. You will be a capable advocate and be able to provide advice to clients on routine and complex matters whilst maintaining the corporate policies of the County Council.The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work well as an individual and as a member of our dynamic Legal Services team.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
