Choosing an Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification, have hands on experience in the workplace and earn a wage.
Vacancies on the Kent Success programme are available throughout the County in a range of careers departments and you can start at any time in the year. Apprenticeships are available in Business and Administration, Childcare, Health & Social Care, Customer Service, Warehousing and Retail.
You will receive a salary of £105 per week whilst completing your qualification and full support from your tutor, KEY Training Services and a workplace mentor throughout the programme.
Apprenticeships take between 9 and 15 months to complete, during which time you will be able to apply for permanent roles within the County Council.
Kent Success Apprenticeships are primarily available to young people aged 16-24 depending on eligibility.
