Job share Sheltered Housing Manager
Moat Lodge, Cranleigh ( Wed pm , and all day Thursday and Friday )
Would you like to be part of a team assisting our residents to enjoy a high quality of life? Do you have a positive attitude towards older peoples needs? Are you able to deal sensitively with confidential issues? Our Managers provide a service to ensure the well-being of our residents and encourage them to be as independent as possible in their own homes. In addition you will manage the building and be involved in supporting social events.
Ideally you will have worked with older people, have empathy with their needs and have the ability to motivate and encourage other people. You will be a self starter able to organise your own and others work loads and have excellent communications skills.
