Support Front-line Carers in their use of IT
Here in Tower Hamlets Children Services we are passionate about providing the best services to children.
The busy Social Care IT team supports multiple Oracle and SQL Server databases that underpin the business of Social Care. Our core systems are Framework and Trim with in house reports developed using either Business Object or SQL. We provide classroom, team, 1:1 and eLearning training on almost every aspect of using IT in a Social Care context.
Social Care IT Training Manager
Salary: £33,777 to £36,474 – pay award pending
You will be an outstanding communicator, with a background that encompasses development and delivery of training, incorporating learning theory into practice. You’ll lead a small team in continuously improving people’s ability to make best use of IT whilst relating this to their business processes and practices. Whilst our core systems are Framework and Trim, you’ll also be capable of carrying out needs analysis and introducing new training solutions such as eLearning.
Initially you’ll be looking at how you and your team will manage delivery of training to 400 staff in the introduction of a new IT system. At the same time you’ll be developing new materials for changes to existing systems across a wide variety of care services.
