The busy Social Care IT team supports multiple Oracle and SQL Server databases that underpin the business of Social Care. Our core systems are Framework and Trim with in house reports developed using either Business Object or SQL. We provide classroom, team, 1:1 and eLearning training on almost every aspect of using IT in a Social Care context.
Social Care IT Systems Support Officer
As a Systems Support Officer, you will have a key role in ensuring the effective management of our systems. You’ll work within a team and be responsible for a range of activities from supporting carers via our Help Desk through to managing data quality on our databases. You’ll be, or will have the ability to rapidly become an expert in building process flows in Framework, in managing electronic file plans and in dealing with a wide variety of problems and issues. You will lead the team on supporting the use of Business Objects.
